Radjha Ally

Radjha Ally, a Mozambican born in Nampula, is an artist who carries with him the rhythms and dances of his province and his country. He brings the magic of Africa’s sounds and vibrations to the world.
In 2025, he released his first work, “Ninee,” which is an invitation to celebrate life. He is an artist with numerous performances on major national and international stages.

Matchume Zango

Matchume Zango is a Mozambican musician, composer, and researcher, recognized as one of the new masters of the timbila. With roots in Zavala (Inhambane), he bridges tradition and contemporary creation.
He performs internationally, holds a bachelor’s and a master’s degree from UCT, and directs Nzango.

Brandon Aura

More than a band, they propose a ceremonial awakening where sound, spirit, and consciousness converge.

On stage, SILKE creates immersive experiences that intertwine singing, poetry, and performance. Her approach blends electronic music production with organic instrumentation — notably the use of guitar and mbira — creating hybrid soundscapes that move between tradition and contemporaneity.

Sibusile Xaba

Sibusile Xaba is a South African guitarist, vocalist, and composer with a strong spiritual presence.

Elgar Miles DeHermes Sueia, artistically known as DeHermes, is a singer, songwriter, and ambassador of Mozambican culture. Founder of the label Vibranium Entertainment, he has established himself as an influential voice of the new generation.
The author of hits such as “Puxa Mazambana” and “Aritimoh,” he released the project “The Fenix Collection One” in 2018 and, since then, has produced several compilations as well as the album “À Caminho de Gaza.”
On stage, he combines identity, creativity, and vision.

António Marcos

António Marcos is undoubtedly one of the greatest names in contemporary Mozambican music. At a very young age, he learned to play on a homemade tin guitar, playing and singing to scare away monkeys in his fields.
Born in Xai-Xai, he moved to Maputo in 1963, where he worked as a domestic servant while simultaneously pursuing a career as a boxer, always dedicating his spare time to music, playing, and composing.

Marta Pereira da Costa

In the world of fado, Marta Pereira da Costa is a rarity: an instrumentalist, composer, and band leader who masters the Portuguese guitar at a professional level.
The first woman to do so in fado, she broke traditions and opened new paths. In her hands, the guitar becomes a voice, and fado discovers new colors. Between Portuguese tradition and sounds such as Brazilian choro, Cape Verdean morna, or jazz, Marta creates concerts that are intense, delicate, and deeply rooted in identity.

Laylizzy, born Edson Abel Jeremias Tchamo in Maputo, is one of the most prominent voices in Mozambican hip-hop.

Timbila Groove Band, founded in 2019 in the city of Inhambane, is a collective of four musicians inspired by Chope traditions. Their original compositions celebrate the cultural heritage passed down through generations, with the composer being the son of the late master Venâncio Mbande.
The group has performed at national and international festivals, including the National Culture Festival, the Timbila Festival in Zavala, and events on the beaches of Tofo and Vilankulo.

To close the festival, MMM, in partnership with Casa da Marrabenta, presents a special show dedicated to marrabenta, celebrating the masters who shaped this essential genre of Mozambican music.
In a concert entirely devoted to the rhythm that was born in the streets of Maputo, the audience will be surprised by unexpected collaborations, special guest appearances, and moments of improvisation that may turn into memorable jam sessions lasting late into the night.
